At the moment TextEdit is the default and whilst I can change the default for individual files, I havent figured out how to set it for every file. I just wanted to know how to set Pages as the default for opening all.

If you’re only using Teams on the web, you’ll be able to choose between Teams and Browser. I just got my new iMac 20' last week and iWork 08 with it. The option to choose Desktop app is only available when using the Teams desktop app for Windows or macOS and only applies to that device.
